Composition:
Each GLUCO OFF 5 F.C tablet contains: metformin hydrochloride 500 mg and glyburide 5 mg.
INDICATIONS
GLUCO OFF is indicated for the management of type II diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise and single drug therapy do not result in adequate glycemic control.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Adults: Initial dose: One GLUCO OFF 2.5 tablet should be administered as once daily with meals. After several days the dose should be adjusted based on blood glucose measurements.
Packaging: 10 tablets x 2 Blister.
