Composition:
Each LENZO 600 Film Coated Tablet contains: linezolid 400 mg.
INDICATIONS:
LENZO is used in adults and children to treat infections caused by susceptible strains of microorganisms such as Gram-positive bacteria:
- Nosocomial pneumonia, Community-acquired pneumonia.
- Uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections. Complicated skin and skin structure infections, including infections caused by diabetic foot.
- Vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium infections.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
One tablet every 12 hours. The dose of LENZO to be used depends on the disease and its severity. (for more information See the attached leaflet).
Packaging:
Carton box contains 10 film coated tablets in a blister strip.
