Anti-diabetic drugs .
Composition:
Each F. C. Tablet contains: Empagliflozin 12.5 mg and Metformin HCI 500 mg.
Indications:
Zein Plus is indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
Dosage & Administration:
Dose titration individually is recommended. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of Empagliflozin 25 mg and Metformin 2000 mg. (for more information See the attached leaflet).
Packaging:
Carton box contains 20 F.C.tablets in two blister strips.
