Composition:
Each SR Tablet contains: Empagliflozin 25mg and Metformin HCI 1000mg.
Indications:
Zein Plus is indicated for the treatment of adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus as an adjunct to diet and exercise.
Dosage & Administration:
Dose titration individually is recommended. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of Empagliflozin 25 mg and Metformin 2000 mg. (for more information See the attached leaflet).
Packaging:
Carton box contains 20 SR tablets in two blister strips.
