Losartan Potassium 50 mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg.

Indications:
Losaril is used for the treatment of essential hypertension.
Dosage and administration:
One tablet daily; the dose may be increased to two tablets daily. The dosage should be adjusted according to the condition of each patient (for more information, see the enclosed leaflet).
