Indications:

It is used as a mucolytic agent in the treatment of productive cough associated with acute or chronic respiratory disorders, accompanied by abnormal mucus secretion and difficulty in expectoration.

Dosage and Method of Administration:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 5–10 ml three times daily.
• Children (6–12 years): 5 ml three times daily.
• Children (2–6 years): 2.5 ml three times daily.
