Each POLY-FER Vial for oral use of 5 ml contains: Iron Ⅲ hydroxide polymaltose complex equivalent to 100 mg elemental iron.

Product Overview

Indications:

Treatment of iron deficiency anemia.
Prevention of iron deficiency and treatment of latent and overt iron deficiency before, during, and after pregnancy (including breastfeeding), and after blood loss.

Dosage and Method of Administration:

  • Adults and children over 12 years:
    • Latent iron deficiency: ½ to 1 vial of Poly-Fer daily, taken orally (50–100 mg).
    • Overt iron deficiency: 1 vial 2–3 times daily, taken orally (200–300 mg).
