Composition:
Each Droxil 500 capsule contains 500 mg of cefadroxil (as monohydrate).
INDICATIONS:
Droxil use to treatment of following infections caused by cefadroxil-susceptible organisms, when an oral therapy is indicated: pharyngitis and tonsillitis, Bronchopneumonia, bacterial pneumonia, Uncomplicated urinary tract infections, Skin and soft tissue infections.
DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:
Adults and adolescents > 40 kg: 1 or 2 g per day in a single or divided doses.
Children (< 40 kg): 30-50 mg/kg/day divided into two daily doses. (for more information See the attached leaflet).
